Little Boulston - Tamara Los Gigantes

Los Gigantes is set on the West coast of Tenerife, and is a small, quiet, pretty village approximately 40 minutes from the (Tenerife south) airport, with a modern marina set amongst spectacular cliffs. The village offers numerous excellent restaurants as well as fashionable boutiques, shops, banks and super markets. If you are looking for a huge commercialised town with a wild night life Los Gigantes is not the place for you.

The apartment has a large balcony/dining area with breath-taking views over the marina and across to the island of Gomera. It is situated approximately 150 yards level walk from the central area of Los Gigantes, at the end of a quiet cull de sac. Even though it is the top floor of 3, it is entered by one step up from the pavement. 

Residents of Tamara have the exclusive use of the private landscaped gardens directly in front of the apartment, which provides a private sun bathing lawned area around two swimming pools, (1 small shallow one). The gardens are beautifully maintained and a key to the swimming pool complex is available from the caretaker.

The apartment provides:

Lounge, with television and CD player.  Large doors open out onto the balcony.

Balcony, with dining table, chairs, and sun loungers,

Large Kitchen / Dining area - fully equipped with microwave, fridge/freezer, deep fat fryer and Toasted sandwich maker.

Main Bedroom - king-size double bed, bedside tables and dressing table, with double doors onto the balcony.

Main bathroom has a bath with shower attachment and WC.

Second Bedroom - twin beds, dressing table, built-in wardrobes

2^nd Shower room/W.C.

Linen
The apartment will be clean and ready for you when you arrive. Linen will be provided on the beds, as well as 1 bath and 1 hand towel per person. Please bring your own beach towels.

Keys
One set of keys is provided per apartment booking. Please send keys on your return by Special delivery post.

Breakages, Damage or Loss
Please ensure the apartment, its contents and furniture are left in a clean and sound condition and that any breakages damage or missing property are notified to me on your return from holiday.

Making the booking:

1. Please phone to check the dates you wish to stay are available.
2. Complete the form at the bottom of this information sheet.
3. On receipt of the booking form and deposit we will confirm the booking in writing to you.

Deposit
A deposit of 20% of the total apartment rental must be sent with the booking form below. The balance is then due 10 weeks prior to commencement of your holiday unless you book less than 10 weeks before departure when the whole rent will be due.

1. On receipt of your booking form and payment we will confirm the booking in writing to you. The booking is not complete until we have confirmed it by letter to you.

Cancellations or alterations
If it is necessary to change or alter any booking please notify me in writing as soon as possible. If I am able to re-let the apartment there will only be a small ‘administration charge’. Obviously if I am unable to relet the apartment it will be necessary to charge a cancellation fee on the following basis; more than 70 days prior to departure the deposit, between 69 & 21 days 60 %, and less than 21 days 100%.
